Yes, all shows at The Get Down are 21+ unless otherwise noted.

Yes, we have ADA access via an elevator, and full access to our entire space via ramps once down the elevator. We also have an ADA section with chairs for those who can't stand for long periods of time. Any of our staff will be happy to help assist with any ADA needs, just make sure to purchase an ADA ticket for you and your group when purchasing tickets. This helps us best prepare so we can have accommodations ready for you and your group when you arrive!

Yes, there is seating available in the bar area. There are also chairs located along the raised perimeter of the ballroom. Both of our VIP OPTIONS have plenty of seating available, as well. If you have a medical condition that prohibits you from standing for long periods of time, please let our security staff know and they will gladly show you to the ADA section where we have ample seating.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow re-entry within 15 minutes of the show's scheduled end time.

Yes, we are now offering low fee tickets before all shows during the 30 minute period before doors open (i.e. 8pm doors means we will be selling tickets from 7:30-8pm. Door times are found on the TICKET PAGE by clicking the link of the show you are interested in and scrolling down to the event description.) These classic hard copy tickets are sold with a reduced fee of $2 per ticket. This charge is to help offset the cost of printing tickets, as well as staffing costs. There is also a 3% charge for any credit card transaction. For more information on ticketing, please reference our TICKETING STATEMENT.

We have seasonal coat check available based on weather and staffing availability.

Send us an email at lostandfound@thegetdownpdx.com describing the item that was left behind and we will respond as soon as we're able to. If the item is found, we will set it aside until you're able to come pick it up.
